GUARANTEE: We value your trust. We want you to be satisfied with your
purchase and we stand behind our products. We guarantee everything you
buy from us to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. If
you are dissatisfied with one of our products for any reason, just
return it to us within 30 days, with its invoice, in its original
condition and container and we will exchange it, replace it or refund
your purchase price. Your choice, period.
This guarantee does not include incidental or consequential expenses nor
“overstocking” returns. No guarantee applies to special orders or sizes.
Returns after 30 days require prior approval from our return department.
Any returns after 30 days, if accepted are subject to special return
charges.
PRICING: Our on-line catalog is printed with NET PRICES. The prices listed are net at $900 Gold and $16 silver markets. MARKET OF THE DAY PRICING: Our prices change everyday according to the Gold and Silver Markets. Your actual purchase price will be based on these daily markets. You can call us at 800-545-7962 for actual price quotes during our regular business hours. Prices are subject to change without notice. Easy Mounts are sold as settings only, not as finished goods. Gems are not included in the price of the settings.
CHARGE CARDS: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER cards.
BUSINESS HOURS: Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM Mountain Time.
SERVICE: We ship most orders within one business day.
SHIPPING: All shipments are F.O.B. destination.
PRE-NOTCHED SETTINGS: The Easy Mount Settings we manufacture are all "Pre-Notched". This means you can set your gems without the filing and burring necessary on other mountings. With Easy Mounts you just place your gem into the setting and bend the prongs with your Gemsetting Pliers.
THREE METALS AVAILABLE: Yellow Gold, White Gold and Sterling Silver. We manufacture Easy Mount Settings in Yellow Gold, White Gold and Sterling Silver. Our stock numbers denote the metal in the difference in the
first two digits of each stock number.
METAL FINISH: Our Easy Mount Settings are cast, desprued and tumbled bright. We do not final polish the pieces.
PICTURES: Colors of merchandise may vary from the images due to individual monitor calibrations. Types of clasps may vary from chain illustrations.
FINGER SIZING: Our Easy Mount Settings come in stock finger sizes. Sizes may vary according to wax and mold shrinkage. You can order "Custom Sizing" for your desired size for a $10 sizing fee. Please allow 3-5 working days for special sizing.
EARRINGS: Our Easy Mount Earrings are sold by the piece, not as pairs. Each includes an earnut of like metal.
